Vibrational Expansion and Empowered Leadership Under a Libran Full Moon

There is no better time to open yourself to vibrational expansion and empowered and empowering leadership than under a Libra Full Moon, in partnership with an Aries Sun. The first full moon of this new astrological cycle, this Libran moon calls you to fully shine your light, to expand into your highest realm of consciousness that you can imagine, without limits, and at the same time – to find ways to stay connected with your loved ones and community around you and to help others shine their light and manifest their dreams too. The medicines of Libra bring balance as well as liberation, and the realisation that to fully be a spiritual being, it is as well to remember and take supreme care of the vehicles that house your soul: you have a heart, body and mind that needs attention and opportunities to expand alongside of your spiritual quests.

This full moon calls you to remember also that you are part of a tribe and the whole of humanity and creation. This brings contrast to the energies beaming down from a Sun in Aries which is primarily focused on the “Self” and your individual journey. However, it is possible to find a balance between Self and Others. When you find yourself striving to meet your own needs, be mindful that others around you may have very different needs to your own. Call upon the medicine of Grandmother Spider who reminds you that your individual threads of Creation are important and essential in the web of Co-Creation amongst the network and tribes you operate in.

A Personal Story

A few days ago, I found myself at a turning point, beginning a new cycle in my life as I prepare to move to a new location. I have been recently called out of the beautiful highlands on the volcanic rim of the Blackall Ranges inland from the Sunshine Coast in South East Queensland, back to the city of Brisbane where I once resided for 18 years after moving from the country at the end of 1996. I am returning to the same suburb that I was divinely guided to live in all those years ago, with little more than a wing and a prayer and my three growing sons to take care of and nurture into manhood as a sole parent, two of whom were in their teens. It is fascinating to be re-tracing my footsteps and finding so many pleasant memories coming to the surface. There are many similarities in this move and that too is fascinating.

What stood out for this move is my state of inner being and a deep faith that sustains me and assists me to move past any obstacles in my way. Both times I had complete faith that the Universe would show me the way. Both times I did my own research and found out all the pros and cons about the suburb I was moving to – the kind of things you can find on google now days but for my first move I had to research for myself.

In my initial move was more about finding the right schools for my sons, one of whom had to complete his primary education. The Universe provided me with connection to a family who ended up living a few doors down from where I ended up living and who had their sons booked into the two schools on my list, This was an incredible synchronicity that turned out to be very helpful and we remain great friends with that wonderful family to this day. I also had to find a local doctor who shared my beliefs in natural medicine – and was delighted to find Dr John Ryan, an environmental doctor who practiced in the same suburb – and even invited me later to offer Reiki from his surgery! The house had to accommodate and offer a place for fun and connecting and for our family of four and be near Nature in some way – in this case we had a running creek behind our back yard and a vacant block of land on the Eastern side of the house. There also had to be room for me to study as I was planning to go to University and establish the foundations for a new career, letting my professional art path and my grazier roles go.

This time, my focus has been on researching where the least 5G towers are, where there is a good gym nearby to keep up my bone building and strengthening, and where I can easily travel to visit my beautiful, ailing sister whose health and wellbeing is a primary reason I am moving. I also wanted to live within an easy travel distance to the Kupidabin Cultural Centre in Samford which I absolutely love and will be holding many circles from. Nature nearby was also on the list and we have a beautiful park and walking nature path across the road. My future dreaming is around continuing teachings and practicing shamanic wisdom, as well as writing a lot more, and to learn the art of publishing and I needed a dedicated space for offerings. My home also needed to be a refuge to restore energy and ideal for beautiful heart connections with my loved ones.

In both of these scenarios you can find I have paid attention to the four major aspects of Whole Self – and see they are well balanced. Spiritual (Self Expansion and Knowing) – Physical (Health and Wealth) Emotional (heart-based relationships and connection) and Mental (Planning, studying and dreaming your way forward). My primary concern at both times of relocation is to be certain I am tuning into the guidance and signs coming from all four worlds – Within, Without, Above and Below. The first time round this was largely an unconscious process that happened anyway, guided by innate knowing to pay attention to both unseen and seen assistance from the Universe. Way back then I practiced what I came to know as shamanic tools in making important decisions, being guided by signs and synchronicity. For example, I remember taking out a large map of Brisbane and turning it face up on my bed, with a pen in hand. Closing my eyes I spun the map around until I didn’t know which side was up and then took a deep breath, centred myself, said a prayer and asked to be shown where to live. I made a cross on the exact location where I moved to a few months later, and where I am moving to right now. Albany Creek! A lovely, quiet suburb on the north west side of Brisbane. Everything I needed on my list showed up once I made that decision.

This time when searching for my new home I opened up a google map of Brisbane Northside within half an hour from where my sister lives – either side, above and below, and took a breath and said a prayer and asked to be guided and felt my energy and where it was drawn too. I had to get out of my head as I had a particular suburb in mind that is not where I ended up choosing to live. I could feel the call of my mother and father who are buried in a small graveyard in Albany Creek. Then, using my mind now, I googled Map of 5g towers – and I could see where there was only one tower in that suburb – and I just knew by then it had to be where we were to go. I then used a few extra tools that I have developed over the past twenty years of walking the shamanic way. Once I made up my mind – everything fell in place. Our new home appeared with ease and grace. I look forward to what is still unknown and lies ahead.

These methods, combining energetic, spiritual, logical, practical and mindful technologies to find my way, provided a balanced perspective when making important decisions.

The Liberated Libran Leader

The Liberated Libran Leader aims to keep a balance between worlds and to lead and support loved ones to do the same. He or she or they will aim keep an eye out for opportunities to expand in and be guided from and by all aspects of Whole Self - Spirit, Body, Heart and Mind. The Liberated Libran Leader, held by the planet Venus and the archetypes of the High Priestess/Healer/Magician and Wizard, is aware of the powers and influence of the polar planetary opposite – Mars who rules Aries. This aspect of Whole Self manifests as the Spiritual  and Passionate Warrior/Protector and Provider. Both are courageous, creative and innovative in their own way. The Liberated Libran Leader aims for balance between celestial, natural and earthly forces – operating in and from the Worlds Within, Without, Above and Below.

This full moon in Libra, in balance with the Sun in Aries, invites you to Pause for a moment under its bright light to reflect on all the goodness in your life. It supports your expansion and internal and external balance and to grow in self-leadership and to shine your most radiant light lead the way for others in all aspects of Whole Self – in Spirit, Body, Heart and Mind. Be sure to give thanks for and take advantage of the many celestial and earthly gifts bestowed up on you at this time, and be open to the signs and synchronicities that let you know you are on track!
